I say "hidden in plain sight" because people today do not necessarily look out their doors and windows anymore to see what is going on in their community - millions of Americans, right now, are searching online to learn more about the community they live in and their world.

Hosting:
We will gladly host your site on our servers. This will give you the benefit of not dealing with a 3rd party and the expenses and hassle that accompany that process. Also, you'll have the peace of mind to know that the person that manages your site will also manages all of the hosting processes. Additionally, hosting with True Vine will be much more affordable than using a 3rd party. You will also have the option of having customized individual email addresses for each staff member or anyone at your church that you feel needs one (up to 4 addresses, unless you require more - $.50 per month per email.)
Service Agreements:
Includes: management of host site, phone consultation, update of text and pictures, set up and maintenance of content management site, and all other all updates not covered by content management*. The service agreement includes up to 30 minutes of man-hour updating per month**. Depending on your design, this may also include changing of color scheme and any product upgrades that may occur during your service agreement. [The agreement basically includes any updates that can be done in the space of the allotted time (30 mins/month).]
If you opt for no service agreement, I can update/service your site on an hourly basis of $75 per hour.
ADDITIONALLY...
Three Year Plan: After three years, if you renew the 3 year agreement, you will get 50% off the design price for a complete redesign of the website, if you desire.
Flexible payment plans available.
*Content management available for a one time fee of $50. (This will allow you to update certain portions of your website from any computer with an internet connection. This is useful for updating upcoming events, meetings, etc... without having to contact True Vine Web Design.)
** $40/hr for additional time beyond the allotted 30 minutes per month. Also, the allotted 30 minutes per month do not accumulate or "roll over" from month to month.
